Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Still. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
• You may not create an account on behalf of someone else or use another person's account without their permission.

• Personal Content: You retain full ownership of the affirmations, manifestations, journal entries, and voice recordings you create privately within the app.
• Community Content: When you share content to the community feed (milestones, affirmation posts), you grant Still a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other authenticated users of the app. You may delete your community posts at any time.
• Profile Information: Your display name, username, and profile photo are visible to other authenticated Still users when you participate in community or chat features.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post or transmit content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that violates the rights of any third party.

• Messages and voice notes are only accessible to the participants of that conversation.
• You may not use the messaging feature to harass, threaten, or send unsolicited messages to other users.
• You may not use messaging to share illegal content, malware, or spam.
• We do not read private messages. However, if a conversation is reported to us, we may review it as part of our moderation process.
• Deleting a conversation removes it from your view. Permanent deletion from our servers occurs when both participants have deleted the conversation.

• Be Kind and Respectful: Approach every interaction with empathy. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, or bullying of any kind.
• Stay Focused on Mindfulness: Keep posts relevant to milestones, affirmations, and practice-related achievements.
• No Spam or Promotion: Do not use the community feed for advertising, spamming, or unsolicited self-promotion.
• Respect Privacy: Do not share other people's personal information without their explicit consent.
• No Impersonation: Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

• You may report users or community posts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines using the in-app report feature.
• Reports may include an optional screenshot and a reason. This information is sent to our moderation team and is not shared with the reported user.
• We review all reports and reserve the right to take action, including removing content or suspending accounts, at our discretion.
• Submitting false or malicious reports is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other users
• Posting illegal, harmful, or explicitly offensive content
• Spamming or misusing community or messaging features
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Creating multiple accounts to evade a prior ban

A permanent ban results in deletion of your account data and, where applicable, the addition of your email address to a restricted list to prevent re-registration. You may stop using Still and delete your own account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account.
